Plan B changes your menstrual cycle.
Don't stress to much or that to delays your cycle.
Just take cheap pregnancy tests!

A sonogram is the only way to tell I think. Pain could be anything though. It could be a cyst but still you'll need a sonogram to check that. Call the doctor and see about getting a sonogram done.

A call to your doctor and a sonogram should help clear that up. Good luck!

This is a follow up on my initial posts. So i have been fine since i posted all the above and have also had my period or so i think. However, I recently i have been having realy bad lower abdominal pain especially when i bend. In addition, I have sharp pains on the sides of my abdomen that come and go. Could i be having an ectopic pregnancy and not even know it?

condom might've split, that is in effect unprotected sex, but yeah i do agree. I've been caught out on contraception 3 times, so i'd say be armed to the hilt with contraceptions lol. personally, i'll be doing that in future or gettin my tube tied.

If you had a negative pregnancy test and bleeding since the 8th, then it sounds like you are not pregnant.  I have three GUESSES about your symptoms:
- Maybe Plan B messes with your hormones and that is why you feel the way you do
- Maybe you are just understress and seeing symptons that dont really exist
- Maybe you are pregnant.  I never got implantation bleeding but some do.  But wait another day or two and take another test to be sure.  If the next one comes out negative, then I think you can relax.

But just a word of advice that is really just common sense, but I am sorry, I have to say it.  If you dont want to get pregnant, dont have unprotected sex!  There are many other reasons not have unprotected sex too.  Plan B isnt 100% certain....so stick with PLAN A, which is no unprotected sex (and the pill if you want to be even more sure)

Just so you know I agree with Alaysha~ This forum is for everyone. Personally... I think there's a difference between asking for info on birth control methods or even termination methods, and asking for help on HOW to abort a baby or purposefully cause a miscarriage.

Someone posted earlier about trying to OD on pills in order to force a M/C.  That one I don't agree with...
yourse doesn't bother me in the least however.
To me it sounds like you got your period also.

Try taking a pregnancy test and if it's negative either go to your doctor for a blood test (QUANTATIVE not Qualative.)

Q&A-    The difference between quaLATIVE and quanTATIVE is simply that a qualative says if you are or are not pregnant and can sometimes be as sensative as just a simple pee test. (meaning 15-25 level of HCG)

HOWEVER, a Quantative blood test says exactly how much HCG is in your blood and is used commonly to give an exact date of how far you are or as close to an exact date as possible.
Most doctors AND lab's consider a number above 5 to be positive!.

So I hope you get what you want, and IF you are pregnant remember there ARE options such as adoption.

it's kind of OT but can I ask how old you are???

feel free to ask more questions if you need, and don't let anyone scare you off or make you feel unwelcome.

Texas~ not saying you were trying to scare her off.

No Texas actually we've had a huge argument on this forum about what you just said. This forum is for "discussions relating to pregnancy and childbirth in women age 18 to 34." It isn't just specifically for people trying to get pregnant or for people who are pregnant. She is asking a question and deserves to not be sent away. If she was asking about lung cancer I can understand telling her this isn't the right place but what she is asking is appropriate to this forum

With that being said Plan B is 85% effective if taken after unprotected sex. Every day that you wait to take it though it looses it effectiveness. It is very rare for Plan B to fail if you take it as directed however it does happen. I am a walking case of that. However, it sounds to me like you got your period. A side effect of Plan B is that it can completely throw your cycles out of loop causing you to bleed and weird time or have a lighter/darker period.

Plan B isn't as effective as the birth control pill - so it is very possible that you are pregnant.  Plan B can also cause changes in your menstrual cycle, irregular bleeding and so forth.  Your best bet is to take a pregnancy test.  I get bloated, headache and nausea before I start my period.

That being said - please be aware this is a forum of women who have been trying to get pregnant for a long time...and hearing that someone tried to stop a pregnancy is a little disheartening.  Nothing against you personally - you have your own rights.  Just be mindful of all of our feelings towards this.

Hope this helps.
