What could this be

Hey I had a question. I'm 36+6 weeks pregnant a minute ago I was laying down and started feeling a pressure like my son was moving at the top of my stomach but it may have been tightening haven't been able to distinguish the two. Anyways I felt that but didn't mind. Then I felt the period like pain in my lower back. Very slight pain have been getting that for a week or so now. So I felt those pains and decided to get up and try some squats but when I got up I started feeling really sick and nauseas and went to the bathroom and started gagging alot and started seeing little things kind of like if you stair at the light to long accept it was clear and I wasn't looking at light. And for a moment seemed to get dark but I was well aware of where I was and what I was doing. I finally could see clear and stopped gagging but I was really hot and I went and layed down. What could this be ?? Any moms felt this before ? Btw my doctor says I'm 1 cm dilated and thinning and my cervix are really soft and that she could feel my son's head and that was yesterday at my appointment

I'm no Dr but it sounds like Braxton hicks which is common around that time. It also sounds like you might be a little dehydrated and tried to get up too fast. The floaters (little spots you saw) are usually from moving too fast and dehydration. The hot flash, usually followed by chills can also be normal. Try putting a cold damp rag on the back of your neck for a few minutes, drink some cold water, and sit down quick. It helped me a lot and kept me from passing out numerous times
