What foods to eat?

I've heard that eating nuts, peanut butter, red meat, and beans help produce to baby's brain cells. Is this true? Does anyone know what foods will help produce them???

Those foods have healthy fats and oils in them, particularly omega-3 fatty acid, which is important for brain development. Whether or not you need to add more to your diet is another matter. I take a fish oil supplement just to be sure, but my doctor told me it probably won't matter. Doesn't hurt anything, though.
