labor plz help me

How do you know when your about to go into labor ? I've been cramping really bad and my doctor hasn't even checked if I've been dilating or no I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my first baby I am  20 years old. I've also been feeling depressed Today out of my 9 months I got a head ache and my left hand has been getting numb to a point I can't move my fingers

That's happened . It only lasted like 3 hours 5 mins apart while I tried to sleep

It's normal for your hands or legs to get numbed my legs and thighs would always get numbed it was just a sign I had to walk more and trust me you'll know when your having labor contractions you feel it under your stomach or/and back at least I did everyOnes different or many your water may break which feels like you pee on yourself but it's much more water don't be scared everything is going to be great!(;
