What honestly works ?

Hi ladies I'm 38 weeks and I'm trying to figure out what HONESTLY helps you with dialation and effacement .  What really worked for you or someone you know ?

for me eating lots of fresh pineapples like everyday and sex had sex a noght before and went to the hospital next day in the morning and got to the hospital with 5 cm dilated

Sex! Lol I couldn't take it anymore so I was trying everything I could. I are a whole pineapple and then had sex right after and went strait into labor my doctor told me that the sex sent me into labor the orgasm itself causes contractions and nipple stimulation works to

I tryed a few things and nuthink worked so i tryed nipple stimulation and after three hours i was contracting

Sex is the only thing that helped me. I tried everything. Now I'm on baby number two and only 28 weeks and sex triggers contractions for me but they never last.

Honestly they say for pineapple to work you have to eat like 7 + the core.. I walked for 3 days (5-7 hours around the mall) straight and then I went in on the 3rd day.

i didnt feel any contractions till i was onm y way to the hospital when to the hospital cuz i thought my water broke since i was a kinda wet but it was just to much mucus but they let me in cuz i was already 5 cm
