What is Safe????

I'm 18 and i'm 4months pregnant. Ever since i got pregnant my sexual desire has gone through the roof. My boyfriend and i dont live together but when we have alone time we like to satisfy each other's needs. Now, i never had issues with sex before, easy peasy for me, but the farther along i get in the pregnancy the harder it is for my body to produce natural lubricant for sex. I'm embarrassed to ask but does anyone know what Water Based Lubricant is best? I never bought anything for sex from the store before and i need to know what kind of stuff to get that is safe for me and the baby. I've heard rumors that certain lubes can cause miscarriages and wether or not that is real, i want to take precaution

I believe you can use KY. I know its bad when your trying to concieve because it damages sperm. But since your already preggers I don't see why it would be a problem:)

Im not sure about a lube but I had that problem in the begining of my pregnancy. Flax seed is really good to help you naturally get "wet". Try using it in your diet it may help. Good luck!
