What is wrong with me?

I am a 28 year old female.  I have a history of endometriosis, irregular/heavy periods.  After I had my son my periods were still very heavy but became irregular.  This month I had the flu and lost 7lbs.  When I should have started my period I just started spotting and have been spotting now for 10 days.  I have taken 2 HPT's and they were negative.  I have had some bad cramping here and there.  I am really clueless as to what is going on.

As you know, endometriosis may cause irregular periods. Perhaps your condition is worsening. You should see your doctor for an ultrasound and so he/she can check the severity of your condition.  There's an endometriosis forum here on MH where you can post this question as well and perhaps get other answers.
