salad is good just be careful cus just like anything else you pile on cheese and dressing and b4 you know its a whopper LOL! Martika... has the right idea dont restrict yourself just eat healthy and cut bk it does work! When i was losing i ate what i wanted but i cut bk watched my calorie intake and it worked! *********** does have a calculator if you want to make sure you are within a good range then use its wonderful when you're not sure!! AND i totally believe in cheat day Saturday was always my cheat day i got my burger king and during the week i was good exercised and all and i still lost!!

DOn't worry about it. Make sure you eat healthy during your pregnancy and things will be fine. as others said don't eat alot of salty foods. I'm one of the lucky ones that end up lighter than before I got pregnant.  with my first son I was 177 (5'8 which is clinically overweight although I was only in a size 13/15) and dropped to 170  after.

This pregnancy I was 170 and dropped to 165 after (I think but I have to wait til  I see the dr again for postop  appointment) Do NOT restrict food intake much and be sure to take a prenatal vitamin so baby doesn't suck all the nutrition out of your body (my first son did that) If you eat a salad make sure it meets most or all of your nutritional needs. Talk to your doctor about it to be sure.

I think your weight is just fine if you wanting to start TTC! If you're worried chk out spark people its a wonderful site with TONS of info! I run a wives team and the girls there are all in different spots some losing b4 some after having a baby! They even have an additional site baby fit for when you actually are PG! One of my friends from there actually needed to lose a good amount of weight b4 being PG again but going off her B/C it happened and she has done just fine hasnt gained much at all and has kept her health good!! It can be done!!

Don't let the numbers stress you out.  Everyone is different.  Your weight is fine.  I was 125 with my first child.  By the time I had my 3rd my starting weight was 140.  As I got older, it was harder for me to lose the weight.  I was also very sick with my 3rd, which caused me to gain a lot of extra weight from my steriod treatments (asthma).  Eat well, exercise under your doctor's suerpervison and you'll be fine.
