So, yesterday I took two pregnancy tests and they turned out positive! I'm 19 years old, first baby.. What do I do now?

Make a doctors appointment with an obgyn

Yes above is right, go make a drs appointment. If you dont have an obgyn most are always accepting new patients. When you get into the drs, theyll make you do a blood test, for confirmation and might send you to get an ultrasound to see how far along you are (not all drs do this however and will figure your due date based on the first day of your last period).

I know it seems scary, i dont know if this baby was something you were planning on or got surprised with, but just know that youll be fine. I was 18 when i got pregnant with my first, we were scared to tell anyone, scared to be parents, move out on our own, care for a little person. Shes 11 months now, and some of the fear is still there as far as providing for her, raising her, but shes the best thing thats ever happened to us we wouldnt change her for the world.

People might not be supportive at first, try not to take it too personal, eapecially from parents. Theyre as shocked as you probably are, so understand that. But dont let anyone make you feel bad or ashamed about yourself. It might not be ideal timing, but i know young moms that are the best moms ive seen, age doesnt mean a thing as long as you care for your child. And if the father doesnt want to be involved, get child support from him, because youll need all the help you can get. Good luck! And congratulations :)

1st and 2nd comment above is absolutely right I agreed on what they said.. I found out that I was pregnant on September 24, 2015. I'm 6 months and 2 days as of now I'm only 19 turning on 20 at first my family was so hard on me..everybody was so against me some was so happy to hear that I'm having a baby not everybody will accept the situation that your in. Let's be realistic some people will say everything will be okay but trust me even tho it's not it can only get better just trust yourself! And be proud on what you become, not all young mothers to be had it good in life. Always pray to God and he will hear you. To be honest I'm still stressed out and still trying to learn more knowledge about Being a young mom but I'm happy because not only God blessed me with a baby but she's my miracle she's my everything. Do not beat yourself up. Look into a bright side. It's an exciting moment.  Sorry I get to sentimental. Lol I just hope everything turn out fine with you. Good luck and God bless. Stay positive!!!
