I'm currently 37 weeks. @ 36 weeks I started to leak but no milk, and it's only a small amount around my nipple. But I did not leak anything at all with my first two children until they where born.
I feel like if you can breastfeed while your pregnant you can pump and plus I haven't had any problems and my doctor isn't concerned
