White mucus like discharge and uterus pain?

Earlier in the week while in the bathroom I noticed some white mucus-like discharge and there was a very light blood streak, the next day I had more of the same colored discharge only this time it was thicker and stretchier, there's no odor, no burning or itchiness at all and prior to this I experienced really bad pain on my lower abdomen and uterus, to the point i couldn't move for 10 minutes and it happened the day after as well, what could be the cause of this?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would test for sexually transmitted infections such as chlamydia and gonorrhea.  I would also do a wet mount checking for bacterial vaginosis.  It is also possible that the discharge is due to ovulation OR to an ovarian cyst.  It might also be prudent to check a pregnancy test.

The mucus is cervical mucus the mucus is normal unless it gets a strong odor or turns yellow or green and stuff.
