Peppermint candy always helped me.. but be warned that peppermint can decrease milk supply, so if you are planning on breastfeeding, I would go easy on them near the end on pregnancy. ;)
I eat vanilla ice cream. Or partially frozen milk.
Make sure after eating you don't lie down for at least half an hour this helped ease mine a lot!
Apple cider vinegar mixed in water. It was the only thing I could sip on that would make it stop thru out my entire pregnancy and its also good for preventing yeast infections by keeping your levels balanced.
