It's easy to miss, especially at the beginning when they're still pretty little. I'm currently 28 weeks and still can't feel her all the time, the docs say it's just because I'm hyper lol and I move around too much so I'm not paying attention. At the beginning it feels like a little golfish is swimming around in there, and occasionally brushes its little fin against your insides. Really soft and light.

You should be having your 20 week ultrasound anyways. Some people never feel their baby move, just depends in thickness if uterus, position of baby, etc.

If its your first I wouldn't worry.  It takes longer to notice movement on the first one.  Also the babys position can make it difficult to feel movement and so can the location of the placenta.  If you are still concerned call ur ob.  They may offer an ultrasound to check things out.  Good luck.
