Worried always

I am 20 weeks pregnant- i am so worried always :( having bad dreams... Fearing i will go into premature labour or los my baby boy :( i have period pains the last 2 weeks and the doctor said it's normal... And i was checked and am fine. But i want to know if anyone else has period like pains also? I have OCD and was on medication pre pregnancy - so the obsessive thoughts have returned and i keep waking at night to see if I am bleeding or if the baby is moving. It's ruining my pregnancy experience.. Can anyone help me ? Are period like pains normal?

Omg I had this same problem with my first daughter. It's like the dreams haunt your rest and the crazy thoughts through the day haunt you. But definitely  definitely  pray(if you are ok with it) about a peace of mind. It's hard to control it because you wanna get baby there safely  but worrying kinda  makes baby uncomfortable  . But don't worry cramps are normal I'm on round 2 and I have them I'm 20 weeks. When they happen know baby is growing and that may give you joy . .

If YOUR doctor said it's normal listen to them. Many people experience different problems.
