All pregnancy are different with my first pregnancy I had no symptoms what so ever. The OB/ told me I was one lucky women but everything is fine and I should be happy I don't have those symptoms because depending get on how the symptoms treat ,it could make some women feel miserable through their pregnancy.
I am now 15 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and I have ever all symptoms this time.
So who knows you might be lucky enough not to get anything.

As for eczema I have heard of people getting it due to pregnancy.
My big sister never had it before but got it when she got pregnant with her 3rd child. There are creams for it but talk to your doctor first.

For the eczema you'll just have to deal with it. Steroid creams or anything to treat eczema are usually category c.

What can help is a raw honey mask.I would swim in a chlorinated pool each day and that also helped it go away. For some, it cam cause further irritation, so just be careful. There are also aloe creams, etc that can help too. For the hands, you need a thick, heavy moisturizer.

I never had an ounce of nausea or tender breast and I'm 35.5 weeks. I did get extremely sensitive nipple in my 2nd trimester, but that is it for pregnancy symptoms

You should be happy if you are not nauseated, I got it after 6 weeks so just wait and watch. As far as eczema concerned your gynae can guide you better
