Worried

Hi,
      Dr. Brown I had a miscarriage June 1 it lasted a week and a half when it was over I began to have pregnancy symtoms. I took a home test two weeks after the miscarriage and it said neg. Well around June 25 or so I started my period i wasn't in any kind of pain it was light and normal feeling just I never start at the end of the month I had a set  date for 7 months it was to start on the 6 well here I am in July and haven't had one for this month is this normal?? What should I do wait till next month??? Aug starts in a few days!! I'm just worried

Hi!
The first thing to do is to take another test!  It is entirely possible to be pregnant again already if you haven't used any protection.  If the test is negative again, it could simply be that your body is continuing to regulate itself after the miscarriage.  There are a lot of hormone shifts associated with a miscarriage, and ovulation can be a little unpredictable initially.
If you were my patient, and your test was negative, I would probably just have you wait a little longer to see if you would start cycling regularly again.  If two or three months passed and you still hadn' t become regular, we could discuss how to "jump-start" your cycles with medications at that point.

Thank you so much for answering me. I was going to take a home test this morning and decided not to just to see if I do start this month around the 6th then if I don't I thought maybe I should take a hone test and if it's neg I will call a dr bc I don't kno whatelse to do but thank u so much you helped mr out alot and If any more problems I'll ask you thanks agian
