Xanax use during pregnancy

I have been taking 2 to 4 mgs of alprazolam daily and just found out I am pregnant.  I am 9 weeks pregnant and stopped the alprazolam use at 8 weeks.  What are the risks for my baby?  I've read that it is class d but I've also read that xanax in particular has not shown congenital abnormalities as have other benzodiazepines. Please give me some advise.  I see the dr in 1 week

I am 28 old and TTC since last 5 months.I have irregular period cycle varying from 28days to 40days. On internet I read about Vitex which regularize cycles and few females with PCOS got the prestige of becoming mother.

All this makes me do what ever to become a mom. But am wondering whether I can take Vitex without doctor's prescription.

Yes this community asks 20$ to post a question. It asked me too. Instead it asks to post question on free forum as this one is paid. Is it true with all?

I heard if you look up side effects that the biggest issue is cleft palate. They should be able to tell if that will be an issue for your baby with an ultrasound when your further along. Good luck!

God, I miss my xanax. Everyone around me misses me being on my xanax. I'm sorry sweets but I'm pretty sure you're gonna have to stop taking it. My docs had me stop.
