*i can't eat and fully nauseated
I won't advice you to drink tea coz it would reduce the iron absorption. Iron is vital during pregnancy. Since I have mild anaemia I was notified on this. and I am going trough the same situation of yours. I can eat and fully nauseated. I vomit that yellowish bitter thing in the morning as well. I consulted four different gynaecologists regarding this and they all said Vomikind 4mg ( Ondansetron) is fine to take during pregnancy to tame nausea. Just check with your gynachology before you take it. I'm 11 weeks and 2 days.
And when I say ginger tea I mean literally buy ginger, peel off the outside and slice some pieces into boiling water for a bit. Works way better than any teas you can buy.
Ginger tea can help with the nausea. They also sell sea bands and ginger gum at walgreens and cvs.
Thanks so much everyone for the advice. I'm 12 weeks now and still extremely nauseous some days are better than most. Still haven't found anything that will down. My doctor prescribed me some B6 which doesn't seem to be working. I've tried crackers, eating fruit, eating before getting out of bed, eating in small portions, eating baked food, ginger ale, tea, toast lol the only thing that i haven't tried that was suggested to me is corn starch because i don't think that it's healthy for the baby. So far I've only been able to hold down food once a day and that's only in the morning when I'm coming in from work (i work over night) i still eat even though i know that it's going to come right back up and because i really don't want to experience the yellow bile again. I just hope that when i vomit that it's not emptying my stomach completely and that the baby is getting some nutrients.
When I was at that stage I was the same as you....could not keep a single thing down and lived in the bathroom. I tried every idea given to me and nothing ever stayed down. Not to mention that I was sick for 5 months and so tired of hearing the eat crackers theory that neither worked or helped because it hurts comming back up. What I did do however was sip on water and eat jello made with juice. I knew it was comming back up anyways but was so much easier on my throat than crackers or stomach bile. Good luck hun, just know there is a light at the end of the tunnel and u will make it, it's just gunna be a bit bumpy journey till then and so worth it.
I lived off crackers sour patch kids (watermelons) my fav lol and sprite. They all help! Hope you get to feeling better!
I've had this problem with throwing up bile. I started sucking on icebreakers sours. And they have been keeping the nausea and vomiting away!
Also, take sips of liquid as you don't want to get dehydrated hon. good luck. Hope you feel better soon. I did carry crackers around with me all the time and always had a little something in my stomach.
Nibble on crackers and bread, try not to let your stomach get completely empty if you can. I had this too at the start, it's horrible.

Crackers are good. they helped me a lot
Bananas are good for nausea they settle your tummy :) you should try them
I've tried eating something but it came right back up with the yellow bile at the end. Right now I'm trying fruit since it's the only thing that i can seem to swallow. Thanks everyone for replying
You need to at least eat something. Maybe try to eat soup or crackers... Throwing up bile isn't a good thing hon... You can harm your esophagus because your basically throwing up stomach acid.
It's okay its bile it's what we throw up if there's nothing in our stomach nothing to worry about everyone throws it at some point x
