abdominal pain?

I'm about 25w. All if the sudden i started getting shooting pains right below my bellybutton. i was doing a little laundry and then BAM. She isn't moving around or anything so it isn't her. But it even hurts when I'm not moving. It's been 15 mins and nothing has changed.

It's round ligament pain. Mine started about 23 weeks & increased when I was active. It's normal stretching to support your growing uterus.

I thought that might be what it is but it's still killing me. and it hurts even worse to the touch. I try massaging the muscles but it just hurts. But is only the left side of my stomach. Like from the middle and over. No pain on the right.

That what it sounds like to me. Mine was only on the right side.

At around 26 weeks I started getting really bad shooting pains on my right side... Felt like a stabbing pain that wouldn't go away for a while and it did hurt to touch. I called my doctor because I had miscarriages in the past And I was so afraid something was wrong. He told me to drink some water And rest for a little while, And if that didn't work try going to the bathroom.... gross I know but it turned out to be that I had to go to the bathroom in the baby was pushing on my bowels. Also even though you're not feeling her move she might have rolled into a position that stretched a muscle in your stomach...Relax don't get scared but if you are worried about the pain it is safe to call your doctor.. that's part of there job description. :-) good luck!
