I took someone's advice on the Nov. babies and that was Milk of Magnesium and it work's good no cramping, no running to the bathroom, I only took one tsp it could probably really mess you up if you took more, I hadnt been in days, so I decided to try it, it worked!

Comes with the territory.  Constipation is very normal.  I wouldn't be concerned unless you haven't gone in a few days.  Try eating some green grapes, even prune juice may help.

The more the baby changes positions and gets bigger you're going to have different sorts of pressure on your rectum.  Are you still taking your prenatals?  Try switching out some of your glasses of water with some juices (as long as you dont have GD) and that should help out a little.
