Is it possible that my baby could be above my belly button now? Im 14wks n just felt a flutter by my right rib cage or am i just having muscle spasms??

The top of the uterus is even with the bellybutton at 20 weeks so you won't feel baby up above it until after that. BUT your uterus is growing and it's shoving all your intestines up there, so digestion, bubbles and gas are suddenly going to be felt and it can be wonky lol. Gas pains allllll over the top part of your abdomen, ugh
I don't know about the movement making it cramp, but cramps are normal. I had TONS around those weeks. Your uterus is growing huge and it hurts lol sometimes it would wake me up.
