Do NOT quit cold turkey. It can kill the baby! Talk to your doctor; be open and honest, and things will turn out just fine. They will be able to help you be safe for yourself and your baby. As long as you're honest, you shouldn't get into any trouble and they can help you  make the safest decision for the little bean in your belly. Best of luck....congrats :-).

You really need to speak to your Dr. about this. It will be MUCH better to be open and honest with your Dr. and they can advise you to make sure you and your baby are healthy and safe. Don't be embarrassed to talk to your Dr. they have seen and heard it all and should be very supportive, not judgmental.
