Contractions for me felt like someone squeezing my insides, it was horrible feeling that's for sure lol. Contractions hurt worse for me than pushing the baby out
Braxton Hicks, for me, feel like a tightening throughout my entire abdomen. My uterus feels hard in all quadrants. However, they are not painful like menstrual cramps can be. It feels like pressure and they usually only last 30 seconds or less.
I asked my Dr this and she said if its menstrual cramps its just braxton Hicks. But if my entire stomach tightened and I was in a lot of pain its a contraction.
