Now that I'm at the end of my pregnancy I keep thinking of how I'm going to look after the baby comes. What exercises did u guys do or workouts? My dr says my weight gain is on point & all baby, but I want my body back asap lol I have seen some posts on here about girdles or something. What's u guys plans or what was ur plan??

My mom is selling body wraps.  I had my daughter and fit into my clothes right after I got out off the hospital.

Im Tight Wrapping For A Few Weeks. My Hips Spread So Bad I Have Stretch Marks On What I Lovingly Call My "Top-vagina" Lmao So I Definitely Need To Get My Hips Bac In Place. My Grandma Showed Me How To Wrap Myself Using A Large Sheet And specific Knots To Keep Myself Aligned. Hoping It Works.

My plan is to get back to a healthy diet, watch portion sizes, breastfeed and hopefully get back to the gym. No spending money on weird fads for me. I've always believed portion control, clean eating and exercise is the only way to really get fit and healthy.

I'll be using a belly bandit...google it. The website has amazing products! You can start using this band right after baby is born while still in the hospital, that's how quickly you can use it. The reviews are incredible and I am sooo excited to use it. Some women have even said they look even better before getting pregnant!

Your belly wont look very prettt after the baby. It will br saggy and you will have a pouch. Remember women bleed for a good two months after the baby is born. And I mean a good amount.  So you will look thinner as the days go by. I wouldn't use a girdle until after everything goes back to normal. Usually after a couple of months.

I just ordered the bellefit girdle off amazon. It has great reviews. It is supposed to help with firming  up tummy muscles quicker and supposed to help give back support. It has other benefits as well but those are the 2 that are most important to me. My back hurt horribly after my daughter was born.

Bump... I kinda feel the same way but o.totally like my thick legs so im like hoping i dont loose it all if its possible. Everyone.says they just jump down to normal weight so fast but i was skinny (not like super skinny) so i would like to keep a couple extra pounds on lol
