You're perfectly fine to travel.
When the doc tells you not to travel by air, it's usually the last month before your due date.
And it's not because of the pressure or any other thing that happens during flight, that they say that...
It's just because no one wants you to go in labor mid-flight. lol.
Cuz there's nothing they can do till you land.

So flying is fine.

I travelled 12 hours three weeks ago (9 weeks), and everything was ok.  Remember to walk and drink your water...

Take care

Flying is different with each pregnancy. My friend was told she needed to take a baby aspirin before she flew. I am not allowed to fly as I have had issues with my placenta.i.e bleeding, low lying placentaetc. Check with your doctor before flying, just to be sure.

I read in one of my pregnancy books that all air travel is fine during pregnancy except small un presurised planes. Like the ones used for short or interstate trips. Check that the specific plane is ok. Something about the altitude and the babies oxygen/ability to self equalibrate or something. Sorry my answer is so vague...

Nope it won't affect it at all. Air travel is fine all through pregnancy until about the last 4 weeks (36 weeks is when my doctor advised no more travel).
