Well my doctor told me that my due date from their ultrasound determined that my due date was July 6 however I am positive on the first day of my last period which makes me due July 1. The ultrasounds do not go off off your last period they determine how far you are by the size of the baby. But here is the catch there are billions of people in this world and not every baby is the same for instance my babies are always small. My daughter is now 18 months old and only weighs 16 lbs other than being tiny she is very healthy her doctor is stumped and let me tell you my daughter can pack down some food I don't know where she puts it. My son is the same way he is 3 1/2 yrs and finally just hit the 30 lb mark he is completely healthy otherwise they are just small so I am not going by what the doctor has said is my due date because I know that they are incorrect and they haven't argued with me since because I am a healthcare worker myself and know better than second guessing myself when it comes to my health and the health of my baby
Hi!
The ultrasound that was done at 6 weeks should be accurate within 3-4 days. Because the whole embryo is visible, it is possible to get very accurate measurements. So, I don't think that you are a month further along than the estimate.
This question always comes up when a miscarriage is followed so closely by a second pregnancy.
I could feel my triplets moving at 13 weeks--so, I believe that you can feel your baby too. Some of the movement could be gas--its very hard to distinguish sometimes.
I'll bet you're having a boy--they start moving early and never slow down!
Good luck!
