am i in early labor?

I'm 38+6 and all night I have been having really bad period pains on and off, they are that bad I couldn't sleep through them. If they continue should I go to hospital?

That's how it started for me too. I could not sleep. Pain got worse by the hours. Wait it out at home till you can't take it anymore that's what I did and when I got to the hospital I was 9cm dilated.  Good luck.

Sounds like labor or start of it. Dehydration can cause contractions so make sure you have enough water. If it continues you can call l&d see what they say or go in. It doesnt hurt to get checked out. Goodluck

I'm having the same thing, the pain isn't so bad but they've been consistent for a few hours. Have you timed them?
