Hi!
If you were my patient, i would advise you that it is certainly possible that it is implantation bleeding.  This usually occurs about 10 days after ovulation.
You can begin to test for pregnancy even that early with Clear blue First Response. Most pregnancy tests will become positive about 14 days after ovulation.
Good luck!

I had the pinkish spotting exactly 7 days before my period and exactly 10dpo. My whole stomach was very tight and campy the day of implantation was bloated the next day. My pink spotting lasted 1 day they say it can last up to 3 days. As long as the spotting stayed the same and didn't get any heavier then yes I would say test when you miss your period! I tried to test at 13dpo and it said no so I waited until 3 days after my missed period and sure enough I'm 4w5d as of today!!! Good luck sending some baby dust to you

Very possibly as i experienced the same thing & am now 25 weeks pregnant. But that is not a for sure sign of pregnancy.. it could be your period coming on. Or a miscarriage. It is very common to pass tissue during a miscarriage. Taking a pregnancy test at the appropriate time should give you the answer that you're looking for.
