am i pregnant?!!

am i pregnant? i missed 3 pills last week. took one pill on sunday adter i realised. on sunday i started feeling wierd, sick and dizzy and cramps. monday and tiesday was really sick feeling so stopped taking my pill in case was pregnant. today i woke up feeling sick. and have started spotting blood today. not sure what to do.
keep taking my pill? take a pregmamcy test?
i feel really different in my body.
i am due to start my break on saturday

I haven't had unprotected sex, my tummy is running so I'm shiting a lot, my tummy is burning inside, I've got heart burn!
My breasts are not tender!
I'm still waiting 2 see if my period is gonna came for this month!
My tummy looks a lot bit big!
I sleep a lot & wake up earlier in da morning & my tummy is hard & is painful when I touch it & I have tummy cramps!
Please help!

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise a pregnancy test first (I ALWAYS advise a pregnancy test).  The symptoms of nausea and irregular bleeding could also be caused by taking your pills incorrectly. Pertaining to that, I think at this point, I would advise stopping the pills and using a backup method, then restarting with your next normal period.
I know you know this already, but for the pill to be effective, you have to take it every day.
If you miss more than two days it really reduces the effectiveness, even if you double up and take them all once you notice.
