anemia

So at my last apt I find out I'm anemic so my Dr has me taking iron, but he said don't take it with food, but if I don't eat every 2-3 hours I get sick and throw up. So how do I take it without having food I'm my stomach?

Try taking them for bed time im also anemic & take them at night

I'm also anemic and my doctor told me to take my iron pill before I eat so I would suggest trying that
