I try to keel myself busy! Starting a baby scrapbook, going shopping, swimming, on walks with my puppy. I''ve also recently started using aromatherapy. They sell them at bath and body works. One of the kinds is supposed to be a stress relief. They have body wash and all that stuff, I got the lotion and I think it's helping. It smells awesome. I also got a sleep one and my anxiety made it hard for me to sleep so the sleep lotion actually helped a lot!
Iget anxieties what I do I try some relaxation methods like breathing in and out. I also go for a walk or either listen music it helps me a lot since I don't want to have prescribed medications I don't like those. As long as I can control it is fine.
