So ive been hearing about these birth plans, im 25wees and was wondering if anyone of you ladies could give me an idea of how to start one and what all needs to be in it?

Just some examples of what i want for instance,id like topush at my own pase instead of be coached,and i dont want any meds unless i ask,id also like to try different positions while in labor instead of permanently on my back and id like for my baby to be monitored inintermittently so that i can move around freely and not be plugged up and restricted to one area.Also since im breastfeeding id like an hour with my son after birth so his dad n i have skin to skin time,and id like him to sleep with us and not in nursery unless they need him there...just to name a few

Some well advise , bring all of your fem,supplies, (from head to toe ) you might never know if you might end up staying longer . Bigger brasize lol

Hi im pregnant with my second and i decided to do a birth plan this time,i really didnt know what to put in it either so i googled it and i found a really great sample on babycenter.com just google birthplan worksheet and u will find one on babycenter thats really good,gives u alot of options to choose as far as what u want inyour birth plan:)
