are my levels normal

My last period was 8/16/13. I believe I ovulated around 9/1/13.  I am due for my period on 9/17/11. I had a very very faint poistive pregnancy test on 9/12/13. I had blood work done the following day on the 13th. My hcg was 17. I just had bllod work done agian on 9/17/13 and my hcg was 225. My progesterone was 16. Are these normal levels at this time?

was wondering if my hcg and progesterone, could be twin pregnancy im a couple of days pregnant not even missed my period yet ? but tests are all coming up positive did you realise early that you were pregnant ? i have sore boobs constipation and alot of gas feeling hungry all the time but very very tired.i had a scan were nothing was showing up apart from the thickening of the uterus, so had bloods taken and they confirmed i was pregnant even tho nothink was visible, hcg of 103 and progesterone 88, 2 days after i had 2nd bloods taken, and were hcg of 228 and progesterone 89, had my third lot of bloods taken today, so anxious to find out could i show twins this early on ?

Thank you so much. I had really low progesterone with my daughter and I have been very paranoid. I have lost 71 pounds since then so I think this pregnancy will ve a lot healthier. Thank you so much for easing my mind.

PS if you have another level done on 9/19 it should be approximately 500-600.
