cramps, pain and discomfort!

I'm 17, and had a misscarriage about six months ago. I'm currrently 8 weeks pregnant and in a high risk catagory. I haven't had any morning sickness (yet) thank god. But I'm always very dizzy, when I stand up ill black out for a few seconds and my tummy hurts so much! Its a constant pressure aswell as cramping. I usually have a relativity high pain tolerance but all I can do is crawl in to a ball and cry! I'm sore and scared and don't know what to do! My doctors no help either,  I'm looking for a new one.

Everything is all fine now! My vitamin levels dropped severly meaning bub wasn't getting the nutrients they need. Put on an iv for a few hours and sent back home to rest and get plenty of sunlight.
