Yea your baby has dropped and is ready for birth.. doesnt have much room in there now. Im 39 and little one has slowed down alot the past few days. I drink oj and sometimes coke gets her going. Now instead of big kicks its just feet pushing out of my belly with alot of pressure. Def go to hospital if no movement after poking around and drinking something cold. Could be nothing, but with a little life its better to be safe than sorry. :-)

I called my doc one time about that and they told me that you should drink ice cold water or orange juice and then lay down on your left side for about an hour and if the baby still hasn't moved at least 10 times within that hour then they need to see you.

Try drinking ice cold water, eat something sweet, put a light on your belly, or play music on yout belly... if none of it works call ur doctor and go to ur nearest labor and delivery unit right away.

I wouldn't be concerned, as you're baby gets ready to go through the birth canal they tend to not move as much. Also because of cramped space. Try drinking something really cold, that may make the baby move. But you know your body better than anyone, so if you feel like you should call your doctor, then you should.
