back pain & cramps??

Hey ladies I'm currently 35 weeks & 4 days. Tonight my lower back started hurting and the lower part of my belly feels crampy. Sorta like b4 u get ur period. I'm not bleeding or anything and my stomach doesn't get hard so Im not having contractions. Jw if this is normal and how can I make it go away so I can get some sleep. Thanks in advance!

My doc said those are contractions are well, your stomach doesn't have to get hard.
