Ice and heat do not use Icey hot patches. Stretching helps, message. Hot bath just don't stay in for too long. You can also try a belly support band. It will hold your pelvis in place and relieve some of the pain. Unfortunately back pain is gonna happen you just have to learn how to deal with it.

You can try the ice to hot patches might. That's what I use when my back hurts and if that doesn't work I sleep on the ground with a thick blanket under me for awhile then when I wake up in the middle of the night I move to my bed and if that doesn't work. See if you can go et a massage. Or have someone u know rubb it for you.
