I'm 11 weeks as well and have had the same thing.  I've had an ultrasound and am not having a tubal pregnancy also am not miscarrying.  It's normal for some people so don't stress.  You'll hear the heart beat at your next appointment.

I had those menstrual like cramps up until 13 weeks and I'm 18+4 now, and I still get them from time to time. My doctor said it's just your uterus stretching and "growing pains". But to put your mind at ease, why don't you call your OB line and ask the doctor on call?

You definitely should go to the ER! Not to scare you at all but my good friend had a tubal pregnancy with those symptoms, but I had those symptoms too early on and I went to the ER just in case and I am not 35+1 with a healthy baby boy! I wish you tons of luck! Def praying for you!!
