back pain
Im 23 weeks going on 24 my back hurts very bad cant sleep due to the pain someone help what are some good ways to relieve my back pain and also is there anything i can do because my boobs also hurt i cant seem to get used to it...
I ordered me a pregnancy back brace it helps but it doesnt help the pain in my vag. Lol sorry tmi
I got a lot of back pain too in my second trimester, I had to sleep propped up with pillows and a heat pack. Now I'm 2 days off 40wks and the little guy is giving me more back pain...and a whole lot of other pain with it!
With my lower back pain my doctor told me it was alright to use a little bengay or biofreeze.....helped me a lot before bed!!
