backache..
My back seems to hurt all day everyday for the last couple days. Before switching sides would help, now it doesn't even help. It's not extreme pain, but just very uncomfortable. Any suggestions on what to do to help the pain. I really don't wanna take any meds.
Stretch and rest as much as possible. Drink lots of water also. Hope you feel better
