bad day :(
Today I found out that my son is measuring too big and for his and my safety they want to c-section me when I'm 39 weeks. Of course that upset me because I really wanted a natural birth and I'm terrified of surgery. Then after leaving the doctors my mother called me to tell me my grandfather has cancer. I have always been very close with him and it breaks my heart that I could lose him, and to add to everything today my boyfriend has been a jerk all day.I just want to crawl into bed and cry. Sorry for the rant just needed to vent
My baby was big and I had no sign of dilation or anything on my 40th week. So I had a c section. Dont worry, if u really need it, its no big deal. Sorry for your grandpa! Hope he is fine...
Maybe I could advice you in the c-section. Just stay relaxed you won't feel much to it and look at it in the bright side this way you and your baby won't have any complications or won't have to go to an emergency c-section in the time of birth. Usually babys run out of liquid and have trouble breathing when they can't be pushed out fast enough, specially big babys. Good luck :)
They are doing a growth scan in a little over a week. I definitely want a second opinion a c-section is my last option. Hopefully they are wrong about his size and I can go natural
And they cannot make you have a c section. Its still your body your baby and your choice. I say get a second opinion.
Well how big is he. Just because he's big doesn't mean you can't go natural. That's silly to make you have a c section if there isn't actually something wrong. I was an 11 lb baby and my mom was induced with me because she was late and she pushed me out.
I'm sorry! I would get a second opinion about the c section. And I hope everything works out with your grandpa. Everything happens for a reason.
