They are high in sodium but as long as ur blood pressure and your doctor doesn't have you on a strict diet then I don't see y not. If that's all you ate then I'd be concerned but don't listen to people. Sometimes they are just rude!! I hate when people tell me what I can eat or drink. If it's not my doctor or my BF then I don't even listen lol

Ehh, they aren't great for you, but they don't hurt the baby or anything. They just have a lot of sodium, so don't make them your daily meal lol. :)

The sodium and MSG (perservatives) in them are what people see as bad for you.

People always try to tell you what to eat or not just bc they thibk they know everythng... my mother in law literally flipped when I told ger I go to the park to walk amd to the pool cause she said she saw 100% sure that wasnt safe for me when my doctor is the one who told me to go lol

I honestly eat those when I have no energy to cook anything and im still alive and so is my little one :) :) but ive never really asked? I know theyre not healthy period but I like them

Once I was hungry at a doc visit and they gave me a cup of soup :)

Why would it be bad?  That's all I could eat in my first trimester..it's totally safe
