So I am 34 weeks today an i had my dr check me because I have been having lots of contractions off an on well come to find out I am dialated to 1 1/2 I still have 6 weeks till my due date I have been saying this baby is gonna come early like 3 wks early I'm due nov 22. I'm suppose to be taking it easy but that's gonna be hard to do with 2 toddlers running around my casa an that need my attention.

I'm not sure how u make ur self dilate I have a very active sex life as well as a active life period. I'm constantly on my feet an always Go go go.  I'm not wanting to have my lil girl early I just want her healthy. My dr checked me because I lost plug that had brownish reddish streak n it

You can be at a 1 or 2 for a long time before you go any further. I was a 2 for like 3 weeks and then my water broke and I stayed at a 2 for a while after that too.  Maybe you will have the baby early but it isn't a for sure sign. My baby did come at 38 weeks 4 days but my Dr did a sweep to speed things up.

I understand you half way, I too have a toddler. I'm not dialted at all but having contractions since I was 28wK.  No baby still.how do u get yourself to dilate?
