so my doctor gave me some prenatal vitamins to help me get pregnant , i've been taking the four the last week but i don't know when should me and my partner have unprotected sex?
If you have an android phone you can get an app called MY DAYS it helps you track your period and tells you your most fertile days leading up to the day you ovulate. It worked for me. Good luck :]

The best time to concieve is when ur ovulating...as for prenatals to help u get pregnant, never heard of this b4...prenatals are good to take while trying to concieve so u have all those extra nutrients in ur system, but not sure how they will help u get pregnant hun. Best wishes..:-)
