beyond embarrassed

I had my first little bladder accident today.. im currently 18w 3d and it came out of no where... i was shopping with my brother and out of no where i started to drip/leak a little. i guess now that im getting bigger and the baby is growing, she/he is pushing on my bladder. i was beyond embarrassed and asked my brother to bring me home without telling him why.. it was the first store we were in too. i made sure i used the bathroom right before we left. so it was maybe a half hour after i used the bathroom when this happened. We planned on going to various stores too. he said just one more store, so i had to walk around with damp panties for almost 2 hours! all i wanted to do was cry. i felt like i had absolutely no control over my bladder for those few seconds.  

has anyone else had this so early in their pregnancy? i know its common in the later part of pregnancy but iim only 18 weeks!

if i know i will be out long i will wear panty liners. today i didnt even think about it and just went out. the only day i really needed them, i didnt have them. and i couldnt tell my brother i peed a little. he would just laugh and make fun of me. I need to make sure i always have liners with me from now on. i couldnt even try on this really cute dress because i was embarrased and felt gross

It happened to me once during my last pregnancy but because I never did my pelvic floor exercises after I had her id pee when coughing and sneezing. So thus time around I'm doing lots every day!!

It happened to me every time I coughed, sneezed, or laughed hard. Buy some panty liners. They help a lot.

Yup, the joy of pregnarncy. I start carrying an extra pair of panties around a all time.
I pee a little everytime I sneeze. Plus it almost only happen right after I showered and put on a fresh pair of panties.
The other day I was butt nake standing in front of my dresser looking for fresh panties, and I sneezed. Let's just said clean up on the dresser isle, lol. So embarrassing, thanks goodness I was alone. So ya, it happen to the best of us.
