Doctor told me not to do any exercise where you could potentially fall on your stomach like biking, roller blading, skateboarding, etc.
Idk about actual bike riding but at the gym i have seen pregnant woman on the bikes there ...
Should be fine if it's just a ride around neighborhood and you're extremely careful not to fall off or anything
My doctor said it was perfectly fine. It's actually a recomended excercise. Will say it will hurt your bottum. Decided to do a long bike ride with husband on are anniversary. Well we thought it was a 10 mile ride turned out to be 15 and I ended up with little bruises on my butt. lol
Be careful and drink allot of fluids. Oh and keep your heart rate under 140bpm.
My doctor said no to bike riding. She said for me swimming and walking is all she felt I needed. You should discuss this with your doctor!
