Yes birthing balls and exercise balls are the same. If in the us Walmart sells them for 9$

Sorry my battery on my died yes a excise ball is the same as a birthing ball the ball I got from argos the product coad is 928/3550 £4.98 and comes with a foot pump too they are lots of different ones if you type in gym ball it comes up
