bladder infection :(
Ok so from having to pee soo much i am starting to get a bladder infection i have medicine for them but worried it might hurt baby is there any natural ways?? Like juice or something. I dont get to see my dr till the 11th and dont wana suffer till then D:
Im allergic to tylenol and im just prone to bladder infections its in my genes... thanks mum lol guess ill just have to guzzle down water
Just be very careful I just got out the hospital on the 31 bc I had a uti that turned into me getting a kidney infection and kidney stones. No fun while being pregnant I thought I was gunna die. Always get a second opinion on your medicine though. My main ob/gyn prescribed me tylenol #3 with codeine an I just seen my high risk dr today and he said do not take it
Drink pure cranberry juice like they said but...most women get a urinary tract or bladder infection due to wiping wrong (Always wipe front to back), and/or having sex & not going pee after. A lot of people do not know it but if u wash ur hands before & after going pee (dont quote me on exact %) i heard it decreased you chance of getting any infection, (esp bladder or a common cold) by 50%.
Don't take any medicine unless it's prescribed by your doc. You can drink cranberry juice but it has to be pure otherwise the sugars in the juice will just make it worse. Lots and lots of water to help flush it out is fine and I found the easiest was to get cranberry extract pills instead of the juice because pure juice is kinda nasty!!
