bleeding before period

hi my fiance and i are tryin to have a baby..my last period was on the 23 thru the 28 of last month(a 31 day month)..i downloaded an ovulation planner application to my phone which told me that i was ovulating the 1-6 of this month..my fiance and i had unprotected sex the first, second, fourth and fifth during ovulation..6 days after ovulation i felt a dull cramping..felt bit of nausea..now on the 15, i am bleeding..it started out as a pinkish light color to a bright red to a darker red and i am cramping really bad, i could even feel pain in my lower back and my breast are slightly tender but i can only feel the pain when i push on them..i took a pregnancy test on the 14 in the late afternoon and it said i was not pregnant, it was negative, did i take the test too late in the day or is it too early for the test to detect the HCG..im reading alot about implantation bleeding but cant figure out if this is what it is..i dont usually keep track of my periods but now im starting to..according to the planner it predicted that my next period would be on the 20..therefore if this is my period why is it so early. and if it is not my period am i pregnant

well with the phone it can change base on my input..as far as i could remember my period always came around the 20th even tho i never tracked it knew it would come around that time..and withwhat i thought was my period, it has now decrease to the point where its like my last day of my menstrual..and the cramping has now become dull but i could still feel it slightly.. thank you for your input i think it could help..

not everybody has a 28 days cycle, it can be longer or shorter, so you could have ovulated erlier making your period come early.

because your not sure how long are your cycles and if this ovulation tracker you have on your phone its based always on 28 days cycles, it may not be accurate, i would advise you if you whant to track your cycles or ovulation to do BBT or buy some ovulation kits or both.

implantation can ocurr anywhere between  6-12 days after ovulation, from what i have heard ussualy implantation bleeding is light and its pink or brown spotting, but i guess it can be different from pregnancy to pregnancy.

if you think this is not your period (its not as heavy or as long) and you havent had your period by the june 20 test on the june 21 using FIRST MORNING URINE cause that way and by then it would be 99% accurate.

This is what my EPT says:

-4 days before your missed period: 53%  accurate
-3 days before your missed period: 74%  accurate
-2 days before your missed period: 84%  accurate
-1 day before your missed period:  87%   accurate
The first day of your missed period 99% accurate.

Good luck
