What do they feel like???? I just woke up with so much pressure on my upper abdomen to the point where i couldn't breathe. And now it's gone but I'm still feeling minor pressure on my upper abdomen... I'm 19weeks today and a ftm...

I'm pretty sure I had braxton hicks last night & it was terrible. It felt like period cramps times like 5 & it made me feel sick to my stomach too! I'm 28w+4 & I'm soooo over being pregnant lol
The easiest.way I can think to describe it is like someone is standing behind me with a thick belt wrapped around my stomach and theyre pulling it tighter and tighter. Its not very painful but its pretty uncomfortable. Baby usually curls into a ball at the same time which definitely doesn't help with the discomfort
